This premium organic chocolate brand begins it’s journey in Central and South America where they work in partnership with traditional farming communities, using centuries-old growing
and picking techniques to produce the finest quality cacao beans. From here, Pico is then handcrafted by master chocolatiers in Switzerland, who balance the art and science of chocolate making, sourcing flavours from Europe to create their delicious. For example, salt flowers are sourced from Guerande, France, which are then scattered through Pico Sea Salt chocolate.
