Ingredients
- 1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen peeled banana
- 1⁄4 cup milk of your choice (coconut or almond work well)
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- Coconut flakes, to serve
- Chopped raw almonds, to serve
Method:
- Blend the berries, banana and milk in a high-speed blender until smooth (add a touch more milk if needed).
- Pour into two bowls and top with the passionfruit, coconut flakes and almonds.
