Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, halves
- 1 tbsp melted ghee, coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Method:
- Cut your bananas into halves.
- Place your bananas into a bowl, add ghee, cinnamon, and coconut sugar and mix together.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees for 4 minutes.
- Place a piece of tin foil on the base of the air fryer, making sure to leave some of the holes exposed. Add your bananas to the tin foil, making sure none overlap and cook them at 370 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip bananas over and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove bananas from the air fryer and enjoy plain, with ice cream, or on a toast!
